Park Fun!!!

We enjoyed playing at Cleveland park Saturday with my nephew!!!! Ezekiel had so much fun chasing Hayes around and sliding down the slides!! It was a great time! Not too hot either! We had a blast! As Ezekiel calls Cleveland's miniature train, "Sodor Station and Thomas!" it was closed! So, once he got over that Thomas was not there he was able to enjoy himself more!

Happy Mother's Day!!!!!

What a priviledge it is to being a mom! I am the mom of the best 3 year old ever! He has the best personality and I love his imgaination and determination he has. I learn so much looking through his eyes! I have many jobs with being a mom: giving baths, cooking supper, cleaning house, changing diapers and even though I get weary at times it still is a joy to be able for someone to call you "Mom!" I also understand the responsibilty I have as being a mom. It is my job to teach him about a Proverbs 31 women so that he will know what type of wife to choose. I have to teach him to place Jesus first in his life. May I choose the right friends so that he will know what friendship means, may I go the right places so that he will know where he should and should'nt go, may I make the right decision so when it comes time for him to decide on some issues he will know what choice to make, May I honor God in all my ways so that he will know how he should honor Jesus. I am thankful for many things as a mother:1) I have a child who is healthy! 2) I have a wonderful mom and mother-n-law who show me how to be a great mom. Through their examples I know the right decisions to make for my son.3) I have a supportive husband who loves me and appreciates all that I do as a mom.4) I am thankful for Vicki who watches Ezekiel through the week and loves him and nutures him when I cannot be there! 5) I am thankful for my son! He brings me so much joy! I am very proud of him and what he has accomplished in his 3 years!!

Ezekiel, I love you more than you will ever know! I hope you always will follow Jesus and his ways. I will always be here for you and will love you no matter what! You will always be my baby!

Playing with Thomas!

One of our favorite things to do is play with Thomas and his friends. It seems lately that all we do is read about Thomas, watch movies about Thomas, and play with his friend on our very own Thomas the train Sodor station! On this particular day a train was facing obsticales on the bridge and had to STOP!!!

Green Spinach!

Lately Ezekiel has been wanting to drink tons of milk!!! However, after the first sip he always says, " It's not milk! It's green spinach!!!

CHOO! CHOOO!

Today we went to Cleveland park to ride the train! We rode a couple of weeks ago and we had left over tickets! Ezekiel was so excited! He held the tickets on the way there and was saying "Tickets please! All aboard!!!" We pulled up at Cleveland park and could not get there fast enough! Ezekiel and kegan rode first and then we had the train all to ourself! Ezekiel was able to drive the train with the conductor and he loved it!!! When he goes through the tunnel he holds his hands up high and screams!! When he was helping drive the train the conductor showed him the button to push for the horn! He blew it several times then sat back and enjoyed the ride but kept on pushing the button - but with his foot! It was too hard to reach it with his hands! We had a blast!

Can you say problem solver!!!!

Ezekiel loves puzzles and he had the peg puzzles and then the big pieces where there were 8 per board! Well we have graduated!!! He has 2 24 puzzle pieces!!! and would you believe it or not he put the Cars one together last night by himself! He does do it the logical way! Look at the picture of the box and then find it and then match the puzzle piece. He words so very hard and is very proud of himself! You better make it quick for a sneak peak because in seconds he is tearing it up saying, "Put it together again!!!!'
